Hogyan válhatsz munkatársunkká

Kiválasztási folyamatunk több fordulós, amelyben a HR és a szakmai terület is képviselteti magát. A teljes felvételi folyamat a jelentkezéstől számítva körülbelül 2-4 hetet vesz igénybe.

Jelentkezés

Karrier oldalunkon várjuk szakmai önéletrajzodat, bérigényed feltüntetésével. A jelentkezésed elküldése után egy automatikus visszaigazolást küldünk arról, hogy fogadtuk pályázatodat.

2. LÉPÉS

Előszűrés

A pályázati anyagokat első lépésben áttekintjük és az álláshirdetésünk elvárásaival összevetjük. Az elvárásokhoz leginkább illeszkedő pályázókkal HR partnerünk felveszi a kapcsolatot és meginvitálja őket egy kötetlen, maximum 1 órás beszélgetése.

3. LÉPÉS

HR videóinterjú

Az előszűrés során kiválasztott jelöltekkel HR partnerünk videóinterjút folytat, ahol bővebb tájékoztatást ad az ICF Tech Hungary-ről és a pozícióban rejlő lehetőségekről, valamint feltérképezi a jelölt személyes kompetenciáit, motivációját és előszűri a szükséges szakmai ismereteit.

4. LÉPÉS

Tesztfeladat

A sikeres interjút követően egyes pozíciókban tesztfeladattal folytatódik a kiválasztás, amely során a jelöltek szakmai tudásának felmérése történik. Az otthoni tesztfeladat határidejét minden esetben a jelöltek választhatják meg.

5. LÉPÉS

Szakmai interjú

A jövőbeli vezetővel lefolytatott állásinterjú célja, hogy a jelölt szakmai tudását célzott kérdésekkel még mélyebben felmérjük. A szakmai interjún a jelölteknek is lehetőségük van feltenniük nyitott kérdéseiket a megpályázott munkakörről, a csapatról és a projektről.
